Job description
Lawn Care TechnicianLawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Competitive pay plus bonus. No mowing or landscaping! State of the art ride-on equipment $20-$21 per hour. Up to $900 in monthly bonuses roughly every 6 weeks. Full time and part time opportunities available.Benefits and perks:Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturdays (voluntary)Earned PTO after probation period, paid training and paid holidaysMedical, dental and vision insurance, plus 401K (company 4% match)UniformsTop rated company with great company cultureWork outdoors / independentlyGrowth opportunitiesPaid trainingAdditional education / trainingDaily tasks include:Fertilize lawns and aerate lawnsApply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubsPrepare and seed lawnsMaintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehiclesInteract respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employeesMaintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the dayBehave in a professional and courteous manner at all timesDemonstrate honesty and integrity at all timesShop workOffer new services to customersNo mowing!Requirements:Willing to receive pesticide applicator licenseGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate machineryAbility to meet production goalsBe able to lift in excess of 50 poundsThe ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person who is passionate about communications through phone and email and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits will get paid very well for utilizing their skills in this role. Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.Our franchisees need people like you.
