Job description
Join Marriott as a Turndown Attendant, creating a welcoming, restful environment for our guests each evening. You’ll prepare rooms by making beds, refreshing linens and towels, restocking amenities, and ensuring cleanliness of guest spaces. In this guest-facing role, you provide discreet, courteous service, respond to special requests, and promptly report maintenance or safety issues. You’ll work closely with the housekeeping team, follow strict cleanliness and safety standards, and support Marriott’s commitment to exceptional hospitality and a people-first culture with opportunities for growth.
