Job description
Sub-Zero, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Training Excellence Leader to design and roll out the TWI training method across the site. You will lead a team of trainers, elevate instruction quality, and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement are foundational.
This is a long-term opportunity to shape how the facility learns, grows, and operates. You will create materials, coach trainers, and drive operator capability while building a disciplined training culture with Kaizen principles.
