Customer Service Experience

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

Support operations of Austin Energy's EV charging network
Analyze and validate operational data
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports
Support EV rebate program compliance
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Drive process improvements and operational excellence
