Job description
Milton Hershey School is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples and offers a structured, family-like environment that supports students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing routines, and participating in devotions and Chapel services.
