Job description
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
As a Twos Teacher , you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
What You’ll Do
Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler, preferred.
6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Authorization to work in the United States
