Job description

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a well established FQHC in Nassau County, NY. This full-time, Monday–Friday role features day shifts and a time split between two locations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, ordering tests, immunizations, and coordinating referrals. You’ll educate patients, maintain documentation, participate in quality initiatives, and be available for on-call coverage.
