Job description
Princeton University Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as the General Manager’s second-in-command across two Princeton locations. You will shape talent, performance, and growth, partnering with store leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences and profitable operations.
As a seasoned retail leader, you will develop leaders, manage labor and inventory, and drive omnichannel initiatives with strong judgment and hands-on collaboration.
