Digital Campaign ManagerThe Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution, optimization, accuracy, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across assigned markets. This role serves as a key operational leader within their region, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and internal teams are supported through clear communication and strategic problem-solving. The DCM works closely with the Digital Product Team (IMM), leadership, and support departments to maintain high standards of campaign execution and client satisfaction.Essential Responsibilities:Oversee digital campaign fulfillment within assigned markets, from order entry to recap delivery, acting as "air traffic control" between Sales and Product TeamsAct as the day-to-day point-of-contact for Sales when it comes to running digital campaigns for their clientsReview and approve digital orders in Wide Orbit for assigned marketsWork directly with Integrated Marketing Specialists (sales) and Digital Sales Managers to collect all needed creative assets to fulfill campaign deliveryCreate the digital campaign ticket in ClickUp, ensuring all campaign details are entered, including but not limited to digital product, impression/delivery, targeting requirements, etc.Submit and manage any design requests to the Creative Services teamAssign digital campaign elements to specialized Product teams for trafficking via ClickUpCollect campaign delivery data and screenshots from the Product Team to produce digital campaign recaps for local Sales teams in assigned marketsHold regular stand-up calls with DSMs in assigned markets to ensure successful campaign deliveryWork with the Digital Sales Manager to assist with proposal creation, providing creative guidelines and details on deliverablesHold regular stand-up calls with Digital Product teams to ensure campaigns are delivering properly and optimized for client successLead problem-solving efforts related to digital campaign delivery, performance challenges, and technical issuesEnsure campaign accuracy, including correct targeting, creative placement, scheduling, and reportingKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Strong understanding of all O&O platforms, as well as extended network/audience platform digital advertising platforms, mobile streaming, Meta, SMS and email marketing toolsProven ability to analyze campaign performance data and apply insights for optimizationExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and leadershipExperience managing or mentoring team members in a campaign or digital services environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong commitment to campaign accuracy and quality controlYou must be able to work as part of a teamYou must be enthusiastic and disciplined; a self-starter who can thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and aggressive performance targetsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate and direct a team to include but not limited to:Provide regular constructive feedbackResolve issues/conflicts with diplomacy on timeProvide ongoing guidance and support for growth and developmentDeploy effective coaching skillsPractical understanding of anti-harassment and discrimination lawsAbility to effectively administer performance reviews, and corrective action plans as appropriate.Ensure team(s) attend mandatory department and/or mandatory company training(s) as required.Submitting a criminal background checkLegal right to work in the United StatesDigital Campaign Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum 5 years' experience in media, marketing, advertising or related experience; or equivalent professional experience.
