Job description

Role Overview

Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that contribute real-world input to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on creating scalable React and TypeScript experiences while helping improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable UI components using React and TypeScript.

Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions.

Turn complex business requirements into elegant, responsive, and accessible interfaces.

Promote UI design, code-quality, and performance-optimization practices throughout development.

Conduct detailed code reviews and mentor peers on front-end engineering standards.

Identify and resolve UI and UX issues to improve product quality and usability.

Contribute to technical discussions and team documentation with clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.

Demonstrated experience building complex, responsive UI architectures.

Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and clear working style.

Proficiency with Git and agile development methodologies.

Experience with cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting distributed or customer-facing teams remotely.

Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and end-to-end testing practices.

Exposure to design systems and component-driven development workflows.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$30 to $80 per hour.
