UI/UX Designer

We excel at proving technological solutions to over 1,000 agencies nationwide and allowing those agencies to fulfill their missions without worrying about the technical complexities.
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for end-to-end product design across BI Incorporated's product portfolio. Collaborates with the product team to conduct user research, create interaction and visual design solutions, build prototypes, run usability testing, and synthesize user feedback into design improvements that address our clients' needs and help us grow our customer base.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
At least three (3) years in Engineering or User Experience Design.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
US citizenship required.
Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract required.
Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
Portfolio of design projects.
Knowledge of wireframe tools.
Experience with usability testing, generative in-depth interviews, tree testing, and card sorting.
Excellent web application design and native mobile design for iOS and Android.
Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of multi-user, multi-tasking software capabilities and constraints.
Outstanding team player.
Experience with self-organizing teams.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with Product Manager and Scrum Team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to information stored in operational databases.
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
