Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centered experiences for our software products, translating complex requirements into clear, efficient workflows and polished interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to create solutions that are both user-friendly and technically feasible.

nThe ideal candidate has strong product design experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for crafting thoughtful, accessible, and visually refined user experiences. You should be comfortable designing everything from early concepts and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and working collaboratively to ensure designs are implemented with quality and consistency.

nResponsibilities:

nProduct Design:

nnnDesign intuitive, user-centered experiences for web-based software applications.

n

nnTranslate product requirements and complex workflows into clear, efficient user experiences.

n

nnCreate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

n

n nResearch and Validation:

nnnGather user insights through research, feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

n

nnEvaluate design solutions and iterate based on user feedback and product goals.

n

nnAdvocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.

n

n nDesign Systems:

nnnContribute to and maintain a consistent design system, reusable components, and interaction patterns.

n

nnEnsure designs align with established visual standards, accessibility guidelines, and product consistency.

n

n nCross-functional Collaboration:

nnnPartner closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

n

nnClearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

n

nnCollaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of designs.

n

n nContinuous Improvement:

nnnStay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and modern design tools.

n

nnContinuously identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience across the product.

n

n nRequirements

nnnBachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

n

nnProven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

n

nnStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user-centered problem solving, and high-quality visual design.

n

nnProficiency with Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and design systems.

n

nnExperience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.

n

nnUnderstanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG).

n

nnWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate into modern front-end applications.

n

nnExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

n

nnAbility to manage multiple projects, adapt to evolving priorities, and meet project deadlines.
