nWe are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for solutions built on the Regrello platform. This role will focus on creating seamless workflow experiences, improving usability across complex business processes, and driving user adoption through thoughtful interface design and user research.
nThe UX/UI Designer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to transform operational requirements into intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise SaaS applications, workflow-based systems, and process automation platforms.
nRegrello is an AI-native workflow orchestration platform that helps organizations coordinate people, processes, systems, and documents across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational workflows.

nKey Responsibilities
nUser Experience Design
nnnDesign intuitive user experiences for workflow orchestration and process automation solutions.
n
nnCreate user-centered designs based on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user feedback.
n
nnSimplify complex workflows and enterprise processes into intuitive digital experiences.
n
nnDefine information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.
n
nnEnsure consistency across all Regrello-based solutions and applications.
n
n nUser Research
nnnConduct stakeholder interviews and user discovery sessions.
n
nnPerform usability testing and gather user feedback.
n
nnDevelop personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses.
n
nnIdentify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
n
nnTranslate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
n
n nUI Design
nnnCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
n
nnDesign dashboards, forms, task management interfaces, workflow visualizations, and reporting experiences.
n
nnDevelop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
n
nnEnsure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
n
nnMaintain consistency with enterprise branding and design systems.

n nQualifications
nRequired Qualifications
nnnBachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.
n
nn3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
n
nnExperience designing enterprise software or SaaS applications.
n
nnStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies.
n
nnExperience supporting Agile product development teams.
n
nnExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
