Obsidian is seeking experienced Legal Experts based in the UK to collaborate on an innovative research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Ideal candidates must have strong expertise in private equity and M&A, along with a solid understanding of how international finance deals operate.
Responsibilities include contributing to high-quality training data for AI systems, reviewing legal scenarios, and engaging in cross-border M&A activities. Candidates should have a strong legal background and are expected to work 40 hours per week.
