Job description
RSM US LLP is seeking a UKG Director to lead end-to-end UKG consulting services, owning revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery quality. You will drive enterprise sales, oversee engagement management and delivery execution, and scale the practice through repeatable methodologies and top-tier talent.
You will build executive relationships, define offerings, manage governance, and sponsor strategic accounts. Travel up to 25% across the US and Canada is expected.
