Unanet Billing Specialist - Part TimePart Time Role - 40-60 hours per monthMust Be US CitizenThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of billing experience in Federal, State & Local government and Commercial contracting industry.Either an Associate's or Bachelor's degreeStrong knowledge of Unanet Accounting systemMinimum one year as Unanet Admin for all modulesStrong knowledge of specific Unanet functional areas:TimesheetsContracts and Project ProfilesPerson ProfilesOrganizationsFinancialsReportsAdminHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with accounting principles and GAAPExperience with government contracting and FAR complianceExperience administering professional servicesKnowledge of Joint Travel RegulationsKnowledge of DCAA cost accounting standardsAbility to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong work ethicMust be well organized and a self-starterProficient in Excel and WordPossess strong organizational and time management skillsStrong problem solving skills, intermediate accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skillsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Hourly Rate: $35.00-$50.00 Depending on ExperienceSpry Squared is a Minority and Woman Owned Small Business headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado with offices across the United States of America.
