nU.S. Security Care is looking for a highly motivated Unarmed Security Officer to ensure the safety and protection of our client’s assets in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a security position
nConsistent Part Time Hours
nPay Rate: $17.00hr
nSite List and Shifts: Mon-Fri After school and weekend events, Shillington, PA Days / Evenings
nMajor Responsibilities
nnnPerform security operating procedures and site specific tasks in accordance with organizational policy and practices.
n
nnConvey information between client, staff and organization.
n
nnExecute basic security functions such as perimeter and interior foot/mounted patrols, monitor CCTV and other systems, secure client property and assets, stand posts and perform other service related duties.
nEssential Job Functions
n
nnTo provide logistical support regarding security of the client assets;
n
nnTo enforce operating procedures and site specific instructions;
n
nnSetup and execute basic security functions, i.e. perimeter and access control, identification procedures, secure assets/property and post standing duties;
n
nnCommunicate and coordinate movement with client, US Security staff and US Security Care Management;
n
nnObserve and report any event that may have an impact on operations;
n
nnTo provide assistance to any position or post on a designated detail;
n
nnPrepare reports that detail incident findings;
n
nnCollaborate with other agents and agencies to exchange information and coordinate activities;
n
nnMonitor, note, report, and investigate suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in detail area;
n
nnCommunicate information and ideas in a manner so that others will understand;
n
nnPerforms duties as needed and directed by the Operations Manager.
nBasic Qualifications
n
nnMinimum working experience of 2 years in Security
n
nnACT 67 (NASRO) certification preferred, but not required; Training opportunities may be available through Security Care
n
nnHigh school diploma/GED
n
nnReliable transportation
n
nnReliable means of communication (active e-mail and cell phone)
n
nnAbility to comprehend and utilize the English language, written and verbal
n
nnCPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
n
