Allstate Security is looking for an Unarmed Security Officer who communicates confidently, notices details, and helps maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.Pay, Location & ScheduleFull-time unarmed position — beginning October 1, 2026Swarovski — 295 Geary St, San FranciscoThursday–Monday, 1000–2100Pay: $24/hourWhat You'll DoWelcome customers, thank them as they leave, and maintain a visible security presence.Monitor entrances, exits, and store activity to identify safety concerns and suspicious behavior.Help deter theft and disruption through attentive observation and professional customer service.Report concerns promptly to store management and prepare clear daily activity and incident reports.Respond to store alarms by courteously directing customers to store staff, without confrontation or physical contact.What You'll Bring — RequiredAn active BSIS Guard Card.Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional appearance.Reliable transportation and availability for the listed shifts.The ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive throughout your shift.Successful completion of the required background screening.Preferred ExperiencePrevious retail experience.Site Safety StandardsWork within an observe-and-report role and follow all client post instructions.No weapons of any kind are permitted.Do not detain, accuse, confront, chase, or follow suspected shoplifters.No physical contact with customers or staff.
