TenSeven Security is seeking professional, dependable, and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to protect our clients, their employees, visitors, and property. Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding to incidents, enforcing site policies, and completing accurate reports.

Job Requirements
* Valid Texas DPS Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer registration or ability to obtain required licensing
* Ability to meet all applicable Texas DPS Private Security requirements for employment as a non-commissioned security officer
* Strong situational awareness and observational skills
* Professional appearance, communication, and conduct
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during stressful situations
* Ability to de-escalate conflicts and interact professionally with the public
* Ability to accurately document incidents and complete reports
* Ability to follow post orders, company policies, security procedures, and client-specific requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and remain active for extended periods
* Ability to perform the physical duties required for the assigned post
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Availability to work assigned shifts, which may include days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
* Previous security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Experience with CCTV, access control, or surveillance systems
* Loss prevention experience
* Previous experience in customer-facing security positions
