From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional and visible security presenceOperate and monitor the gatehouse/access control pointMonitor and control access to the siteVerify authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site proceduresMonitor site activity and identify potential safety or security concernsConduct security patrols as assignedFollow all established safety, security, and emergency protocolsObserve and report unusual activity, incidents, and security concernsComplete required reports and documentation accurately and timelyMaintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and site personnelConsistently follow company and client policies and proceduresQualificationsValid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card requiredPrevious security experience preferredAccess control experience preferredGatehouse or security checkpoint experience a plusStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessProfessional appearance and demeanorReliable attendance and punctualityStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to follow detailed safety and security proceduresAbility to work effectively in a highly safety-focused environmentSchedulePart-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shifts$20.00 per hourCandidates should be comfortable working in a security environment where safety, attention to detail, access control, and strict adherence to established protocols are top priorities.If you are a dependable security professional with a valid Arizona Guard Card and experience in access control, we encourage you to apply.
