We are interested in you!Qualifications:MUST have a Valid Driver's LicenseMUST Submit and clean backgroundPrevious Experience in SecurityRequired Training is preferredSecurity Guard License is preferredGreat communication skillsFull Time and Part Time Shifts Available1st Shift available$17.50 an hour Monday - Friday.18 years of age or olderFamiliarity with security equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadMust be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules - Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security - Warn violators of premise rules and regulations - Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts - Report any facility issues - Request emergency personnel for high risk situations - Familiarity with security equipment - Ability to handle physical workload - Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. - Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations. - Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes.Education Requirements (All)High School Diploma/GEDCertification Requirements (All)Permanent Employee Registration Card 20 hour basic trainingAdditional Information / BenefitsBenefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K/403b PlanThis job reports to Tyresha McFaddenThis is a Full and Part-Time position 1st Shift, School Hours, Weekends, Summers.Number of Openings for this position: 1
