With 50 years of experience, our team of over 175,000 employees across 36 countries combines expertise, technology, and innovation to deliver safety, service, and trust.Job DetailsDuties and responsibilities include:Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties.Promoting safety by observing, correcting, and reporting any hazards.Understanding and complying with Prosegur and client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.Participating in training and familiarizing with general safety procedures.Interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.Being customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication skills.Performing routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and working in all-weather elements as an unarmed security officer.Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:Walk and stand for extended periods, including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift.Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes.Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.These physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
