This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by performing patrols, monitoring for risks, and providing excellent customer service.Key responsibilities include:Perform foot, vehicle, bicycle, or golf cart patrols of assigned areasIdentify and report security risks, safety hazards, or emergency situationsMonitor premises and enforce site-specific policies and proceduresProvide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients as neededRespond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company policiesComplete detailed, accurate, and timely incident reportsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersFollow all company standards, including attendance, appearance, and conductParticipate in required training and orientation programsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of work experience preferred (security, law enforcement, military, or customer service)Strong communication and report-writing skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsCustomer service-focused with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesMust be dependable with reliable transportationRequirements:Must pass a background check and drug screening (if required)Must possess any required state licenses/permits for security workValid driver's license and clean driving record may be requiredAbility to operate a vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle if neededMust maintain all required certifications throughout employmentPreferred qualifications:Prior military or law enforcement experiencePrevious experience in the security industryWhy join us?Stable, full-time scheduleOpportunity to grow within the security fieldProfessional and supportive work environmentIf you're dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and service, we encourage you to apply today.
