You're joining a global team with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference.Job DetailsDuties and responsibilities included but not limited to:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premisesCirculate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect propertyGuard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rulesEnforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistanceOne will only use reasonable force, up to and including lethal force, when necessary to protect lifeEscort on foot or by motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection or to escort persons off customer propertyWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerMonitor for irregular or unusual activitySecure facility and designated areasEnforce facility and company policies and proceduresInvestigate and prepare reports on incidentsOfficers will remain on post and wait until they have a face-to-face reliefQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMust have a valid Security Guard LicenseMust have one (1) year of experience as a security officerMust be able to pass a Physical Ability AssessmentMust have open availability to work all shifts and schedulesMust have reliable transportationMust have good communications skillsAbility to stand or walk for long periodsMust be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periodsMust be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behaviorHourly wage: $25.90/h (Weekly pay)Shifts Available: 4 pm - 00 am (weekends included).Must have: Flexible availability to work weekends!Certification RequirementsUnarmed Security LicenseEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Holidays401K/403b PlanShort Term DisabilityDental InsurancePaid VacationLong Term DisabilityPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Physical ExamCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Night shiftThird shiftWeekend shift
