From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Unarmed Security OfficerLocation: Johnstown, PASchedule:Monday | 10PM-6AMTuesday, Friday, Saturday | On CallWednesday & Thursday | 7PM-7AMPay: $11.50-$16.50 per hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a large, continuously operating institutional location. The officer will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access points, and assisting in ensuring a safe and orderly environment during extended shifts. This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to interact calmly with staff, visitors, and the public.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control access to the assigned locationConduct regular interior and exterior patrolsObserve, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concernsRespond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and service requestsProvide assistance and direction to visitors as neededMaintain accurate logs, reports, and shift documentationFollow all company and client policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious security experience strongly preferredExperience in a healthcare, medical, or similar environment preferredStrong observation, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to remain alert and professional during 12-hour shiftsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to pass a background checkWork EnvironmentProfessional, high-activity environment operating 24/7Combination of stationary post assignments and walking patrolsInteraction with staff, visitors, and the general publicWhy Join UsCompetitive hourly payConsistent weekly scheduleSupportive management and training providedProfessional, safety-focused work environmentPA #188Education Requirements (All)GED or HS Diploma
