Job TitleJoining Prosegur means becoming part of a global team dedicated to making the world safer for people, clients, and communities.Job DescriptionThe role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties. Key responsibilities include:Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.Promoting safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.Understanding and complying with Prosegur and client requirements.Participating in training and familiarizing with general safety procedures.Interacting professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.Being customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills.Performing routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and working in all-weather conditions.QualificationsTo qualify for this position, you must:Pass all necessary training.Hold a high school diploma or GED.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.Follow complex instructions and possess strong interpersonal skills.Be willing to undergo the company’s screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.Have knowledge of security operations and procedures.Hold an active WI Security License.Certification RequirementsSecurity Guard CardEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / Benefits401K/403b PlanPaid VacationVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceTravel is required.
