At Prosegur, you're joining a global team with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference.Job DetailsSchedule: Full-TimeMonday through Friday - 2nd Shift (12:30 PM to 8:30 PM)Responsibilities:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premisesCirculate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect propertyGuard, patrol, and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rulesEnforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistanceEscort on foot or by motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection or to escort persons off customer propertyWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerMonitor for irregular or unusual activitySecure facility and designated areasEnforce facility and company policies and proceduresInvestigate and prepare reports on incidentsQualifications:18+ years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Clean driving record and valid driver licenseCapable of following complex instructionsStrong interpersonal skillsWillingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.Knowledge of security operations and proceduresMust have or be able to obtain a TN State Guard LicenseCertification RequirementsUnarmed Security LicenseEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsWeekly Pay401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Night shift
