From the first level security officer to the CEO, St. Moritz is committed from the top down to provide the highest level of service possible.Unarmed Security OfficerLocation: East Liberty/Homewood PA AreaSchedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-6:00pm | 45 hours per weekPay: $18.55 per hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a high-traffic retail environment. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence, deter theft and disturbances, and assist customers and staff as needed while enforcing site policies.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible security presence throughout the assigned locationConduct continuous walking and standing patrolsObserve, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concernsAssist with loss prevention and incident responseProvide professional customer service to the publicCommunicate clearly and effectively with staff and managementFollow all company and client security policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious security experience preferredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand and walk continuously for the duration of the shiftStrong observation and situational awareness skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in public-facing situationsMust be able to pass a background checkWork EnvironmentHigh-visibility, customer-facing roleFast-paced environment with continuous foot patrolsIndoor setting with extended periods of standing and walkingEducation Requirements (All)GED or H.S.
