You're joining a global team with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference.Job DetailsJob Responsibilities and Duties:Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.Operate the SOC, monitoring camera systems, alarm systems, and access control systems.Manage access permissions, track badge activity, and monitor site security systems in real time.Accurately document incidents, patrol logs, and SOC activity reports.Respond to alarms, radio calls, and electronic alerts with urgency and professionalism.Answer phone calls from interior guard posts, employees, and clients, and dispatch appropriate responses.Initiate escalation and notification procedures when necessary.Collaborate with other security team members and site leadership to resolve incidents and ensure operational continuity.Always maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor when assisting employees, visitors, and contractors.Qualifications:Valid Tennessee Security Guard License required.Valid CPR Certification required.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum 1 year of security experience.Minimum 1 year of Dispatch/SOC experience.Comfortable with technology, including cameras and alarm panels.Willingness to learn and operate multiple security systems confidently with provided training.Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including during varied weather conditions.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Must have reliable transportation.Ability to stay calm and think clearly during emergencies or high-pressure situations.Certification RequirementsUnarmed Security LicenseEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsWeekly PayThe following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Third shift
