If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Hiring NowSocial Circle, GAFlex / Regular Security OfficersStarting Pay $ 20.00Customer Service experience or Security experience requiredMust be able to work various shifts, may include weekendsResponsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Physical Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols of the facility interior, server rows, loading docks, and exterior perimeters to identify vulnerabilities or safety hazards.Incident Response: Act as a first responder to security breaches, alarms, medical emergencies, or facility issues, coordinating with management and local authorities as needed.Customer Service: Provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, assisting employees, answering general inquiries, and professionally handling incoming phone calls.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs and draft comprehensive incident reports for any security or safety events.Device Proficiency: Must be comfortable using handheld electronic devices for report writing, logging data, and daily tracking.Post Rotation if Required: Must be comfortable with regular post rotation at the site, which includes alternating between active foot patrols and stationary monitoring stations.Required Qualifications of Security Officers:Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire 24hr Georgia, security certificateAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of Security Officers:Some Evening, overnight, and weekend availability requiredPay and Benefits of Security Officers:Positions starting at $20.00Paid time off and paid holidaysGreat Benefits with Blue Cross/Blue ShieldOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V#IND3
