Job description
Uncapped WRVU Production Incentives Near Syracuse, NY
Looking for an ENT physician to join our client in northern New York State. This practice is expanding to meet community needs, as they have recently built a new 61 million-dollar hospital. This included new operating room suites, emergency department, a 10-bed intensive care unit/20-bed progressive care unit and a med/surg patient pavilion. They also added a new dedicated cancer center and a new hospital wing for women and children. Come join and help build a great ENT service.
Practice details include:
Hospital Employee
1:4 Call Ratio
$500-550K Annual Salary
WRVU production incentives
Signing Bonus available up to $50,000
Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000
CME time available
Retirement plan provided
Single specialty group, employed by the hospital with guaranteed annual salary and an uncapped WRVU productivity model.
Signing Bonus and Loan Repayment available.
$3,000 CME/annual & 5 paid days for CME
Plan to develop group of four ENT surgeons with broad scope of ENT interests. Call 1:4
Additional full benefit program to include health insurance, pension plan, 29 days of paid time off and 40l-K options, etc.
