Job description
Underground Construction LaborersWe are hiring Underground Construction Laborers to support utility installation projects in Morgan Hill and surrounding South Bay areas. This role involves trenching support, conduit placement, spotting equipment, and assisting operators with installation of underground infrastructure such as electrical, telecom, storm drain, sewer, and water lines.This is a great opportunity for dependable laborers with site utility or underground experience who are comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment.Responsibilities include:Assist with trenching and backfilling operationsInstall conduit, pipe, and underground utility componentsSupport operators during excavation activitiesSpot heavy equipment safely on active job sitesLoad/unload materials and toolsPerform grading, shoveling, and compaction workMaintain clean and safe work areasFollow all OSHA and jobsite safety procedures
