Minimum Criteria to Join
We only accept candidates who meet these standards:
4+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, AI, ML, or Analytics
Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data stacks (e.g. Spark, dbt, Airflow, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
Proven delivery record - youve built or deployed real products, models, or data pipelines in production
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Full-time availability for at least 6 months, working South African hours aligned with UK/EU/US East Coast time zones
