Job description
Doubletree by Hilton Newark Penn Station in downtown Newark is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the department and collaborate with the front office to maintain quality standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
This on-site role requires strong leadership, time management, and the ability to manage a union workforce while planning staffing, schedules, and budgets. Experience with Hilton PMS (PEP) and hotel operations is preferred.
