Union Metal FabricatorCraftworks USA is a subsidiary of Rycon Construction, Inc. Since 2000, Craftworks USA has grown into a modern 52,000 sq. ft. facility located just outside Pittsburgh, PA. We are a full-service facility that has the capability to design, budget, fabricate, ship, and install a variety of materials and custom features nationwide. Maintaining our state-of-the-art woodworking tools and software ensures both precision and speed for our client's most complex jobs. Our nationwide service has expanded to providing full architectural woodwork packages to general contractors, construction managers, and directly to Owners. Craftworks USA is AWI-QCP and FSC Certified.We are seeking Union Metal Fabricators — Interior Metals Division at our Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.What You Will Do:TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and controlMeasure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishesWork with a variety of metalworking tools and light-duty machinery, including (but not limited to): Angle grindersDrill pressIronworkerFolderShearBandsawChop sawCollaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practicesSupport a wide range of custom metal projects for commercial interiors, architectural features, and specialty fabricationWhat You Bring:TIG welding experience across multiple metals (stainless, mild steel, aluminum)Hands-on experience producing finished weldments — from fit-up to final prepStrong understanding of grinding, sanding, and shaping techniquesComfort using common metal shop tools and equipmentA commitment to craftsmanship and pride in producing clean, accurate workAbove all:A willingness to take directionA willingness to learnA genuine passion for growing into a highly skilled metalworkerWhat you will need to be successful:Clean, consistent welds with minimal reworkFinished parts that meet tight tolerances and visual standardsStrong collaboration with shop leads and project managersSteady growth in skill, speed, and craftsmanshipA reputation as a reliable, detail-driven member of the metals teamAt Craftworks USA, we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
