Life-changing healthcare.What you'll do—keep the unit organized, connected & ready:Maintaining accurate, organized medical records and clinical documentationCoordinating and scheduling medical appointments, labs, dental, audiology, diagnostic services, and follow-up careSupporting documentation for admissions, discharges, transfers, and care plansOrdering, organizing, and monitoring nursing unit suppliesMaintaining accurate EMR information, resident census, and unit recordsAssisting with pharmacy reviews, prior authorizations, insurance updates, and supporting documentationAnswering calls and providing professional, welcoming assistance to staff, families, visitors, and healthcare partnersProviding day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and nursing leadershipHelping ensure important information gets to the right person, at the right timeYour experience could be a great match:Unit Clerk or Unit SecretaryMedical SecretaryHealthcare ReceptionistMedical Records ClerkNursing Unit SecretaryMedical Office AssistantPatient Services RepresentativeHealthcare Administrative AssistantIf you know how to stay organized, communicate professionally, manage competing priorities, and keep things moving in a busy healthcare environment, you could be exactly who we're looking for.Your organization supports our clinicians. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
