This onsite role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis while partnering with leaders to drive operational and financial success.About the jobJoin a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you’ll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction.The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.Pay Range: $29.67 per hour - $38.39 per hourWhat’s in it for youContribute to financial planning by analyzing budget trends and preparing projections that support strategic goalsLead or support audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process improvementDeliver insightful reporting and ad hoc analysis to guide unit and regional leadershipTrain teams on internal controls, system tools, and financial best practices to strengthen performanceSupport billing, receivables, and client financial relations to maintain strong partnerships and smooth operationsAssist in closing activities and ensure financial integrity at the unit and district levelRecommend and implement improvements to financial procedures, enhancing accuracy and efficiency across accountsWhat you’ll bringSkillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skillsSolid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plusVerbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholderCapacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiativesA detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environmentRequirementsEducation Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experienceWhat we offerCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
