Unit Controller - WyomingGrand Teton National Park. We may be a little biased, but we think our corner of Wyoming is an incredibly special place to spend a summer. Signal Mountain Lodge is located right on the shores of Jackson Lake in the heart of Grand Teton National Park and offers one of the most unique employee experiences the seasonal circuit has to offer. As the Operations Finance Sr Analyst you will support the objectives of the Accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.Key Responsibilities:To carry out daily credit control procedures ensuring overdue debts and bad debts are kept to a minimumAccurately supervising customer accounts on a regular basis to ensure the company's credit control policies and procedures are adhered toMeet all targets set out by the CompanyProcessing and resolving of daily customer accounts queries and issues e.g. copying invoices/statementsCollaborate closely with relevant departments regarding credit control activitiesPost & allocate receipts accurately and in a timely mannerBalancing of all accounts on a monthly basisMaintain all files and documentation to a high standardPrepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of outstanding debts and report any issues to AR Manager as needed.Responsible for ongoing evaluation and enforcement of policies and procedures with regard to Credit Control DepartmentAdvance unresolved issuesAny ad hoc duties that may ariseNote: Due to the nature of the business additional duties may be assigned from time to time.Technical Knowledge and key attributes:3 – 5 years' experience in service industry combined with a system driven approach to credit controlHave very good knowledge of Excel (crucial)Have experience of working with Oracle System – this would be an advantagePossess relevant or related financial qualificationHave good interpersonal and communication skillsAre self-motivatedHave excellent phone manner (crucial)About AramarkRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
