Job description
Compass Group USA’s ESFM unit Director role oversees the cleanliness, sanitation, and security of assigned buildings, coordinating all janitorial staff and developing supervisors in line with company guidelines.
You will assign duties, inspect work, manage inventories and supplies, and act as liaison between occupants and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and equitable service.
