Job description
Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a Unit Director to oversee cleanliness, sanitation and security for assigned facilities in Michigan. You will coordinate janitorial staff, supervise supervisors, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safe, equitable workplaces.
You will assign duties, inspect work, address complaints, and manage supplies and equipment. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting awareness are essential for success.
