Job description
The Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains in Moody County, SD is seeking a Unit Director to lead day-to-day operations, public relations, and safety across Units, Extensions, and Community Impact Sites. You will ensure policy compliance, program quality, and a positive culture while engaging with parents and staff.
As the face of the Club locally, you will advance Positive Youth Development, coordinate with educational partners, oversee grants and events, and supervise a diverse team.
