Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Unit Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a local Club location in Vermillion, SD. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality programs, manage the unit budget, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members and families.
The role requires active hands-on leadership, strong youth-development judgment, and the ability to collaborate with the COO to meet community needs.
