Job description
The Unit Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of their assigned Boys & Girls Club location. This position leads and supports Club staff, oversees high-quality programs and member experiences, communicates with families, manages the Unit budget, and ensures the Club is safe, welcoming, and operating effectively each day.
