Unit Manager-Nursing HomeLocated in Auburn, NYSalary: $96K - $100K Annually; Based on experienceQualifications of the Unit Manager-Nursing Home:Must have New York RN licenseMinimum of 1 yr of LTC RN or LPN Supervision experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to learn and be part of a strong teamResponsibilities of the Unit Manager-Nursing Home:Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.Provide opportunities for professional development and training to improve nursing skills and knowledge.Address staffing concerns, handle disciplinary actions, and mediate conflicts.
