Nursing Home RN, Unit Manager NeededSalary: $40/HR to $45/HRQualifications:Must have Vermont RN licensePrior nurse management experience in a nursing home settingMust have long term care experienceStrong leadership/managerial skillsResponsibilities:Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
