Unit Manager (LPN)Forest Acres Post Acute is a beautiful 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Columbia, South Carolina! Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff. Ensure the highest quality of resident care. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Complete and oversee clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.QualificationsCurrent LPN license in good standing. MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience. This is not an entry-level leadership position. Candidates without skilled nursing management experience will not be considered. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
