We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN/LPN Supervisor to join our team at Wilshire at Lakewood Care Center. As a Unit Manager/House Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising shifts, managing staff to ensure resident care, and ensuring the smooth running of the building. Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure seamless operation of the unit
Manage staff to ensure high-quality resident care and satisfaction
Ensure the smooth running of the building, addressing any needs or concerns that may arise
Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote teamwork and efficiency
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
Requirements
Current Missouri state nursing license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic with a passion for delivering exceptional care
