Job description
The Springs of AVALON in Hulbert, AR is hiring a Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations. Full-time role with licensed practical nurses and registered nurses eligible for health/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and a clean, well-supplied work environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Administration to maintain staffing ratios and ensure high-quality resident care in a friendly, supportive setting.
