About the Role
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading by example : Providing direct supervision to unit staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Managing patient care : Coordinating patient care, monitoring patient progress, and making adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Developing and implementing care plans : Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Maintaining unit operations : Ensuring efficient and effective unit operations, including managing budgets, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience : 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Certifications : RN License
