Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Pinehurst, North Carolina (NC), was thoughtfully designed to redefine care through exceptional hospitality, innovative services, and a welcoming environment for both residents and team members. We are currently seeking a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up.
Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines.
Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility.
Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel.
Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Long Term Care experience preferred.
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License
